Welcome to your High Ten Workout Program where every workout takes you through 10 minutes of whole body love! Time is a commodity, so let’s work with it, not against it and start making our health and fitness a priority by starting in small, achievable and sustainable time increments. The High Ten Workout Program Guide provides a variety of different whole body workouts suited to a variety of environments that will easily fit into your weekly routine. As you gain confidence in performing the workouts, you can start to challenge yourself by modifying the exercises utilising the Fitness Circuit Guide, or completing an extra round of the circuit and gradually increasing the time.

If you aren’t sure of some of the exercises, jump onto You-Tube for visual and verbal explanations that will keep your form on point.
