GROUP COACHING
Introducing ‘I am’, a 4-week comprehensive program designed to educate and empower women in all aspects of their health. Through a blend of nutrition, fitness, and mindset guidance, this program aims to equip participants with the knowledge and tools to become the healthiest and happiest version of themselves. Program Breakdown:
Week 1 - The Foundations: Week 1 is about assessing where you are currently vs where you want to be and filling in the spaces to create your Well-being Blueprint. You will meet a community of likeminded women in our first weekly empowerment call and be introduced to some of your get started support resources.
Week 2 - Getting back to basics with Nutrition
Participants will learn about balanced nutrition, meal planning, and the importance of wholesome food choices. This week focuses on cultivating a healthy relationship with food and understanding the impact of nutrition on overall well-being.
Week 3 - Move:
Dedicated to fitness, this week introduces different exercise modalities and emphasizes the significance of regular physical activity. Participants will discover enjoyable ways to stay active and build lasting fitness habits.
Week 4 - Thrive:
Focused on mindset and emotional well-being, this week delves into stress management, self-care practices, and techniques for cultivating a positive mindset. It helps participants develop resilience, discipline and a sustainable approach to their well-being.
Week 5 - Empower:
The final week brings everything together, encouraging women to integrate the knowledge gained into their daily lives. It includes goal setting, personal reflection, and empowering strategies to continue the journey towards optimal health and happiness.
Through the ‘I am"‘ program, women will gain the confidence and knowledge to make informed choices, improve their relationship with food and exercise, and develop a resilient mindset, ultimately leading to a healthier and happier lifestyle.
